PLAY/PAUSE (1)

Plays, pauses or continues a recorded sequence of motor fader

movements associated with dynamic A. If recording is enabled with the push-button

(8), then this button starts either a new recording, or starts an update of an existing

dynamic.

PLAY/PAUSE (2)

Plays, pauses or continues a recorded sequence of motor fader

movements associated with dynamic B.

STOP (3, 4)

Stops the recorded sequence of motor fader movements.

SET READY (5)

This mode allows individual faders to be “toggled” between safe and

ready mode by touching the fader knob.

ALL READY (6)

Sets all motor faders to ready mode.

ALL SAFE (7)

Sets all motor faders to safe mode.

RECORDING ENABLED (8)

Prepares the computer for recording of a dynamic

sequence. Pressing button (1) starts the actual recording.

Many aspects of the way the R-Type system performs may be set and changed by

the user. The settings are then held in the battery-backed memory.
